Q: How do you balance your career at Zillow Group and family? Trysh: My coworker, Sheree Ryan, who I’ve known since elementary school works at Zillow and offered to help me interview for a RC position when I moved back to the US. Q: How did you first learn about Zillow Group? Let me tell you – being able to plan a vacation with someone else’s money is amazing!

My job was to plan elaborate itineraries for guests (tours, chefs, massages) after they booked a villa with our company. Trysh: I worked for a vacation rental company in Costa Rica for 4 years. Q: Before working at Zillow Group what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? It’s about sharing the knowledge you have and coming together to get the job done. It’s not about getting ahead here and leaving your coworkers in the dust. They are not stagnant and have recently been revamped based on the direction the company is moving towards in the future. They are aligned with our metrics and goals, used in our performance reviews and even when we give karma points to each other. Trysh: I’ve never worked at a company that has been more focused on their core values.

LinkedIn: Q: In your own words, describe your definition of Zillow’s Core Values and why they stand out from other companies.
